The 31st of May is Blond Russian Women’s Day.

The brightest, the most noticeable and the blondest part of the mankind as last have obtained its long-expected and deserved holiday. Maybe that’s because the rights of fair-haired women, as they say, are violated all over the world, but the 31st of May was declared to be the Blonde’s Day.
Characters of millions of anecdotes, victims of hairdressing salons, favorites of true gentlemen, and ladies with hyper feminine logic, European women celebrated this holiday for the first time in 2006 and organized an exclusive award “Brilliant pin” to the most talented, successful, the cleverest, and very feminine blondes.
The scientists say that a real blonde is a rare phenomenon; according to their estimates by 2202 all the blondes will disappear off the face of the earth. Only during the last 50 years the number of Russian blond women and men decreased from 49 to 14 percent of all the population of the Earth.
