What is TopLop?

TopLop is an easy way to meet single Russian, Ukrainian ladies and ladies from other former USSR countries who want to date foreign man for serious relationship.

How do you provide confidentiality for the contact information I provide you with?

TopLop respects the right of all members to confidentiality and does everything possible to facilitate its non-disclosure.
Other members of the site will only see generic information – your nick-name, name, age, height, marital status and photos. Your contact information will never be forwarded to any other TopLop member or any other 3rd party unless you send it to the person you like.

What are the costs?

Registration and listing of your profile at TopLop is free of charge.
Sending short-notes (a “Wink”) saying that you interested is also absolutely free.
You only pay for opening and sending messages to the ladies.

• First you purchase Credits; the Credits are put into your account

• A credit is deducted from your account when you send a message to a lady, or when you open an incoming message from a lady

How do I pay?

Through our payment processing partners MultiCards and Etelegate. You are not entering your credit card information at TopLop site, but you are redirected to the secure servers of MultiCards and Etelegate.

From fall 2008 you can also pay using iDeal payments.

Can I pay with PayPal or Western Union?

At the moment we do not accept paypal, but you can pay through Western Union. Please contact info@toplop.com to get the recepient's details.

Can I send attachments with my email?

No, at this time you cannot send attachments with your emails.

Can I exchange email and phone numbers?

YES! Unlike other international dating services that do not allow exchange of contact information, thus binding you to their site and unlimited payments, we not only allow, but encourage TopLop members to exchange personal contact information.

What is a “Wink”?

The "Wink" option allows any member of TopLop site to send a free and quick note saying that you like someone. Here's how it works:
You have a profile at TopLop and while searching the profiles you see a profile that you like. You wish to let that lady know you have an interest in starting a dialogue with her. If you are a visitor, you will need to register before you can send that person a message. Now, you click the "Send a Wink" button located under the photos, and the system sends an email to that person, notifying them you have Winked at them. Now they know you are interested. That quick and easy.

Do the ladies speak English?

Some of them do, some of them think they do, some of them do, but pretty badly.
The ladies you see at TopLop get registered and want to meet a foreign man to get acquainted with. Even if they don’t speak your language, there is a translation system both you and the lady can use by simply following the “Translate” link at the bottom of the message page.
It’s only possible to learn a foreign language if you are constantly using it. Talk and correspond with the lady you like and you’ll see how it improves!

Am I supposed to open all incoming emails?

Absolutely not. You are free to open the letters from ladies you like most of all.

Am I protected from scammers?

TopLop customer services checks identity of all ladies that get registered at the site.

TopLop also has an automatic alert system to recognize suspicious emails (e.g. requests for money). Though TopLop won’t be able to recognize such emails if you have shifted to corresponding with the lady through personal email or Instant Messenger. Scammers will do their best to get you off the TopLop site.

Still, scam cases do happen and there are many cases of the scam in the Internet. Please be careful.

Most typical tricks women scammers use are requests:

• for financial assistance
• to pay the language courses
• Internet access
• medical treatment for relatives or pets
• proposals to send money for air tickets

Please contact us if you suspect a woman you are corresponding with to be a scammer. We’ll investigate the case and blacklist her profile if your suspicions turn to be true. Also, feel free to contact us for any questions or advice.

How do I remove my profile?

To remove your profile simply send a message to TopLop customer service by using Contact Us button at the top of the site. We’d be grateful if you let us know the reason you decided to stop using TopLop service.
