Though all of them have one main disadvantage. When cooling the coffee in the usual way without any special means, most of its aroma is lost. But if you add some ice, the coffee will lose its strength and original taste. Ice cream is the perfect additive for those who enjoy soft coffee. But what about those who like strong, saturated coffee, but at the same time cold coffee. That’s why we offer you the following recipe your girl from Ukraine will particularly enjoy.
Take roasted coffee beans and grind them. Grinding should be coarse. Put the beans in shaker or another high glass. Pour cold water with the ratio 1 part of coffee to 4.5 parts of water. Seal the shaker and put it into the refrigerator for 12 hours. You can leave it for the whole night, but it is not recommended.
