Russian mail order bride gets married foreign man |
As a rule, the majority of couples prefer to register their marriage in the country of groom. Of course if you are going to live in that country, naturally such registration makes the procedure of russian ladies’ moving and adaptation much easier. Such marriage will be legal and there will be no need to gather lots of papers in order to prove legacy of your marriage with russian woman as it may happen after registration in Ukraine or somewhere else. In case of foreign marriage some inner requirements may not be followed and than your marriage with Ukrainian wife may be recognized as invalid. In some states of the USA only church ceremony is accepted. If you marry your Ukraine girl at your place in registry office, according to the laws of this state the husband won’t be considered as married.
Advantages of marriage Ukrainian bride in the territory of Ukraine is that according to Convention of human rights, that were signed by almost all world countries, the ukrainian wife should be provided with visa in order to come to the country of her husband. Procurement of wife’s visa isn’t easy and sometimes even more difficult that procurement of bride’s visa because Ukrainian marriages are needed to be checked whether they are not fictitious.
