Peach is one of the favorite fruit of women from Ukraine |
| A peach is an extremely nutritious eutherapeutic fruit. It contains organic acids: malic, tartaric, and citric acids, mineral salts such as potassium, iron, manganese, zinc, magnesium. Peach is rich in vitamins: vitamin C, vitamins of group B, E, K, PP, and also carotene. Peach is a very valuable product in the diet of many Ukrainian women. It contains few calories and is helpful in losing weight. The fruit’s pulp is juicy, sweet, flavoured, and refreshing. Ripe peach has always been a special food and was praised in history. It was called the food of the gods, and French considered it so perfect, that even called one of the sorts – teton de Venus (Venus breasts). Now it is the season of peaches and girls from Ukraine eat them every day to replenish supplies of vitamins and lose a couple of kilos. Besides, on the net you can find a lot of interesting recipes with peaches: cocktails, desserts, or main course. |
