In the previous article we presented the first day of fruit and berry diet famous among beautiful Russian women. It’s so simple to follow at as summer is rich in nutritious food. Russian women don’t waste this time, but build up their health. So, here is the second and the third days of the diet.
2 day
On an empty stomach a glass of non carbonated water.
Breakfast:
Salad with tomatoes and cucumbers dressed with olive oil, a slice of whole wheat bread and a hard-boiled egg
Snack:
200 grams of gooseberry or black currant with 2 teaspoons of honey
Lunch:
A portion of vegetable borsch, 150 grams of roasted vegetable marrow and a slice of brynza
Snack:
200-300 grams of strawberry or other fresh berries
Dinner:
A piece of boiled turkey, vegetable sauté, a slice of rye bread and 100 grams of ripe cherries.
Before bedtime:
A glass of kefir
3 day
On an empty stomach a glass of water with lemon.
Breakfast:
A portion of muesli with non-fat kefir or milk, a cup of herbal tea with honey, one biscuit.
Snack:
2 big apples
Lunch:
Cauliflower stewed with vegetables, a piece of chicken, a slice of branny bread
Snack:
100 grams of bilberry and 100 grams of non-fat yogurt
Dinner:
A piece of fish baked in tin foil, vegetable salad, and a pear as a dessert.
Before bedtime:
A glass of kefir or milk.
The 4th, 5th, 6th days repeat the 1st, 2nd and the 3rd ones.
