Intelligence, kindness and attractive appearance - these are the top-3 female qualities that are most important for the male population of Russia. The Institute of Public Opinion “Anketolog” conducted a small research of the best male and female qualities in the opinion of the opposite sex. 1640 people took part in the survey. When men were asked what qualities in their opinion a woman should possess, the overwhelming majority of male respondents noted intelligence and wisdom, kindness and tenderness, as well as a beautiful attractive appearance, and intelligence and kindness are in significant separation from beauty. The following qualities: loyalty, patience, decency, tenderness, etc., noticeably drop behind the leaders of the rating.
By the way, it is interesting that quite a large number of votes were for femininity, especially in relation to the female rating, where also a significant number of respondents noted masculinity as the desired quality in men. It is likely that focusing on such features as femininity for women and masculinity for men is a consequence of the fact that in modern society we lack these “natural” qualities.
