January, 20 ukrainian women celebrate The Day of Crimea Republic. |
January, 20 1991 the most part of Crimean population voted for the restoration of Crimean autonomy that predetermined the status of Crimea in Ukraine.
Taking into consideration the will of Crimean people, February, 12 1991 The Supreme Council of Ukrainian Soviet Socialistic Republic adopted the law “about Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialistic Republic restoration”. During general euphoria of sovereignty Crimea endured nearly all universal experience of state building including presidential and parliament forms of government and period of social stagnation without constitution and authorities, having been on the verge of international, interethnic and social conflicts.
Nevertheless Crimean people were wisdom enough not to transgress the line and from the point of view of the common sense to build constructive relationship with the state, between government bodies, people of different nationalities, that was necessary premise for social and economical development of Crimea.
