How to charm your foreign lady or the art of paying compliments |
| A compliment is a very powerful weapon in our hands. With the help of compliments we can improve the mood, cheer up, encourage, and turn somebody into an alley or friend. It costs us nothing to pay a compliment. But compliments differ. And to pay a good compliment first of all to a foreign lady, you should remember several rules. Some compliments point out to the girl’s merits. “You look so wonderful in this picture!” “You are gorgeous!” these compliments are numerous. Just look at the profile of the foreign girl and comment on something you’ve liked. But compliments can also be hidden. For example: You are so clever! You know more than anybody does, help me please!” you will encourage the girl with such a compliment. If you are not sure how the girl will react pay an indirect compliment, speak not about your foreign pen pal herself, but about your feelings to her: “I enjoy communicating with you” “With you I feel so relaxed” and so on. |
