On an empty stomach a glass of non carbonated water.
Breakfast:
Fruit salad: 200-300 grams and 1 teaspoon of skim cheese (you can add one 1 teaspoon of honey)
Snack:
A cup of green tea, branny toast and a slice of brynza
Lunch:
A piece of boiled chicken, vegetable salad dressed with 1 teaspoon of sour cream, as a dessert 200 grams of fresh berries or 2 big pears
Snack:
A glass of kefir
Dinner: a slice of boiled fish, 2 ripe tomatoes, a slice of rye bread and 200 grams of berries or fruits (may be dressed with non fat yogurt)
Before bedtime: 200-300 grams of fresh raspberry or strawberry
