| When going on a romantic tour abroad few foreign ladies think about the danger waiting for them. Statistics shows that every 8th tourist resorts to qualified medical help. First of all it is connected with food you eat. During your summer holiday the dietitians advice to eat the products (and dishes) that are characteristic for the region where you were born and brought up. Be careful with when trying unusual food. German food is considered to be the heaviest food for stomach. The main dishes of national German cuisine are rather fatty. They seem to be cooked for taking beer with them which significantly worsens the process of digestion. In the countries of the Mediterranean Sea people also eat a lot, but the abundance of vegetables and red wine saves. It’s well-known that in small quantity it contributes to digestion thanks to fat-splitting components. And don’t forget to maintain water balance. Strange as it may seem hot drinks refresh much better than cold one. That’s why tea is so popular in the Middle Asia. |
