- The process of meeting, escort, and seeing off the tourists;
- The rights and responsibilities of the parties;
- The terms of the medical insurance (the percent of treatment it covers, what medical services are included, how they are paid);
- The retail price of the trip and the terms of payment;
- The minimal number of tourists in the group, the terms of tourist informing about the cancellation of the tour in case of shortage of the tourists;
- The terms of amending or canceling the contract, the agreement of claims
